We are looking for an experienced R&D project manager to lead our team in developing an inspection solution for HVDC valve halls.

Your Role
  • Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, estimates, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Drive project execution with a focus on transparency, efficiency, and quality, ensuring successful delivery within specified timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new solution implementation, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Foster collaboration with development teams, manufacturers, testing facilities, stakeholders, product owners, and line management throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is essential for this role.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading R&D projects, with a proven track record of success in managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, are crucial for this position.
  • Ability to lead remote teams across multiple sites in a global environment is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Swedish is a plus for this role.

This role may involve occasional remote work, subject to discussion with the manager.
