Brite AB is a leading Open Banking-powered Account to Account (A2A) payment provider of Instant Payments and Instant Payouts. We offer a convenient transaction experience for consumers and reduce the risk in the payment process for merchants.

Our team has extensive experience in launching fintech companies and has a deep understanding of the market landscape, technologies, opportunities, and challenges. We leverage this expertise to develop modern solutions that benefit both merchants and end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure product-market fit for Brite's product suite and strategic expansion into new verticals and markets.
  • Define the culture and ways of working at Brite.
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to build short-, mid-, and long-term backlogs.
  • Own Brite's PSD2 integrations, including continuous improvement and optimization of existing integrations.
  • Review customer needs and align them with backlogs and feature development plans.
  • Manage external partners, such as Brite ambassadors, data sources, and other infrastructure partners.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a leading role in a product development environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • General knowledge of the payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of PSD2 and its impact on the payments industry.
  • Experience leading development teams in an agile environment.
  • Key qualities include integrity, analytical skills, and the ability to create buy-in.
  • Strong drive and interest in building great consumer products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Open banking.
  • Experience working within a regulated Financial Services business.
  • Practical experience building consumer payment products in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset.
