About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead our Customs Management product at PostNord Group AB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the product, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, aligned with business strategy and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver product features and enhancements
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management, including business leaders, development teams, and external partners
  • Lead the product backlog, prioritizing work based on strategic initiatives, legal, and business requirements
  • Conduct capacity planning, PI planning, and sprint planning to ensure efficient delivery
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the logistics industry, customer segments, and market trends
Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a product owner, project manager, or team lead in IT
  • Strong business domain knowledge of PostNord processes across domains and countries
  • Expert knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience working with logistics industry and customs systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language
