Product Owner for Authorisations in LC&FI

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our Digital Identification & Access Management tribe in LC&FI. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and driving a product roadmap, ensuring an updated backlog, and working closely with user experience experts, architects, IT development teams, and other specialists to deliver successful products.
Your primary focus will be on the user lifecycle from an authorization perspective, ensuring seamless interactions between consumers and development teams. You will also coordinate with data stewards and master data teams to ensure accurate product data modeling and availability.
Key Responsibilities- Define and drive a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user experience principles.
- Develop and maintain an updated backlog, prioritizing tasks and features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including user experience experts, architects, IT development teams, and data stewards, to ensure successful product deliveries.
- Coordinate with data stewards and master data teams to ensure accurate product data modeling and availability.
- Several years of experience working as a Product Owner or similar role, with a strong background in authorization and/or access management solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to identify business needs, provide potential solutions, and ensure value delivery.
- Experience working in an agile and cross-functional environment, with a focus on technology and user experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a natural collaborator.
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving development issues, balancing business and technical considerations, and developing mitigation strategies for potential risks.
- Agile and modern ways of working, with a focus on innovation and user experience.
