About the RoleWe're seeking a Trade Compliance Professional to join our team, responsible for ensuring that our international trade operations are compliant with all applicable trade laws, regulations, and company policies.
In this role, you'll stay abreast of evolving trade policies and international trade agreements that may impact our global operations. You'll work closely with the engineering, supply chain, procurement, and legal teams to ensure compliance with export control classifications, product categorization, and country-specific regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to international, national, and regional trade laws.
- Implement and manage trade compliance policies and procedures for electric driveline components and technologies.
- Coordinate and process export/import licenses, permits, and other trade-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate and timely filing of required customs documentation.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain related to trade compliance and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in international trade laws, regulations, and company policies. A bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or another related field is required.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of global trade laws, including export controls, customs regulations, and tariff classifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, orally and written.
