The Account Management team plays a crucial role in driving our company's success, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and ensure campaigns align with mutually agreed performance targets.

As a Business Development Representative at RTB House, you will:

  • Develop relationships and negotiate business terms with decision-makers of major e-commerce companies in the Nordic region;
  • Upsell and cross-sell campaigns and products to drive account growth;
  • Provide transparency over campaign performance for client representatives to ensure premium customer service;
  • Optimize campaign performance in line with clients' goals;
  • Stay up-to-date with professional technical knowledge related to our solutions and overall digital marketing developments;
  • Collaborate closely with technical and sales teams within the company to ensure superior campaign performance.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • A strong understanding of the online advertising industry, especially performance marketing;
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing online advertising campaigns in a client-facing role;
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for client meetings;
  • A self-motivated positive attitude with a focus on achievement;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • The ability to absorb information quickly and deliver within tight time frames;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Previous experience with negotiations;
  • Ability to maintain open communication, particularly when working remotely;
  • Fluency in English and Swedish (C1 or above).
