Incident Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Analyst to join our team at Stefanini, Inc. This role is responsible for handling incidents according to the Incident Process and contributing to exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently troubleshooting processes, providing thorough analysis of incidents, and implementing effective solutions to restore disrupted services as quickly as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and diagnose incidents, documenting findings;
- Determine incident escalation requirements based on issue priority;
- Verify resolution and close incidents promptly;
- Document problems encountered and solution techniques for future reference.
- Basic SQL knowledge and proficiency;
- Experience with multiple operating systems and monitoring tools is advantageous;
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux operating systems;
- Understanding of hardware components and server equipment;
- Strong command of English and Swedish required;
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences preferred.
