Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR) - Minimize downtime;
- First Call Resolution (FCR) - Address issues promptly;
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Problem Management - Identify recurring issues and implement solutions.
