">Job OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced IT Incident Manager to join our team. As an Incident Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and protecting our customers' interests.
">Key Responsibilities- Identify, investigate, and resolve IT and Security incidents promptly.
- Triage and classify incidents accurately, escalating when necessary.
- Lead the incident resolution process to meet SLAs and business expectations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders during major incidents.
You'll also contribute to continuous improvement efforts, driving the adoption of best practices in incident management and service management.
">Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Incident Management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
- Experience with incident management tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
