The company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled technician to join its small and dynamic team, reporting directly to the Chief Technical Officer, to support production and assembly of multiple components of the implantable system.
Key ObjectivesTo assemble parts of the electro-mechanical system ready for pre-clinical evaluation, ensuring high-quality and precision in every device.
The role requires someone comfortable in a laboratory, production, and clean room setting, with a hands-on approach to assemble devices with guidance from more senior team members.
Responsibilities- Assemble medical devices for preclinical evaluation, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Assist in the development of assembly techniques and procedures, collaborating with the team to optimize production processes.
- Setup and control production equipment as needed, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
- Coordinate production activities in the small and dynamic team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Experience as a production technician or similar, with a strong background in medical device manufacturing.
- Experience in a regulated environment, such as medical device, defense, automotive, or similar, is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a small, innovative team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and pride in work output are essential, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
