Job Description

The Regional Sales Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our service business offerings in the Nordic region. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers, and managing a team of sales professionals.


This role requires a strong understanding of the Nordic market, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the pump or rotating equipment industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding market share
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
