Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Electrical Package Manager to join our dynamic team.

  • Act as the primary liaison for the OFCI Vendor Package, engaging with client-appointed vendors and addressing OFCI matters with the Client and relevant stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
  • Oversee the OFCI vendor package to guarantee that all works are engineered, scheduled, and installed in alignment with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with key project stakeholders to support engineering, scheduling, and commissioning needs.
  • Ensure that all vendor equipment is synchronized with construction requirements and the project timeline.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with clients, OFCI Vendors, and other pertinent stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning and execution of quality processes, from initial engineering approvals to factory testing, documentation submissions, on-site inspections, and through to delivery, installation, commissioning, and handover.
  • Monitor quality metrics related to the package and proactively manage the identification and resolution of quality issues through NCR, SGA, RCA, etc.
  • Provide updates on the progress of OFCI packages.
  • Manage daily site operations effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Identify and escalate issues and risks for appropriate mitigation.
  • Maintain client security and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage large-scale installation projects.
  • Experience in handling Industrial Relations matters.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
  • Background in design and build processes.
  • Solid technical understanding of both Electrical and Mechanical systems.
