Electrical Package Manager Job Description

Winthrop Technologies is a leading data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join our team and contribute to the delivery of our data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the OFCI vendor package, ensuring that works are engineered, planned, and installed in accordance with project requirements.
  • Manage the OFCI vendor package, coordinating with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to support project delivery.
  • Support engineering, programme, and commissioning requirements through effective communication and liaison with key project stakeholders.
  • Ensure all vendors' equipment is coordinated with construction requirements and project programme.
  • Lead weekly meetings with clients, OFCI vendors, and relevant stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any issues.
  • Develop and implement quality processes from initial engineering technical approvals to delivery, installation, commissioning, and handover.
  • Drive quality metrics performance and actively manage identification and closing of quality issues via NCR, SGA, RCA, etc.
  • Report on OFCI package progress and ensure policies and procedures are followed closely.
  • Escalate issues and risks for mitigation and maintain client security and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in the electrical or construction industry.
  • Proven record of coordinating and managing large installation projects.
  • Experience dealing with industrial relations issues and knowledge of health and safety.
  • Good technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and experience in design and build.
