Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Electrical Integration Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managing and reporting on the planning and execution of integration requirements.
  • Oversee the coordination of construction phases and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document and manage deliverables related to construction phasing and associated systems.
  • Provide bi-weekly progress reports throughout the design, procurement, execution, and handover phases.
  • Develop and maintain an Integration Execution Plan.
  • Facilitate internal integration meetings, including those with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with the Telecom Material Procurement Process.
  • Coordinate snagging and handover processes with clients.
  • Participate in weekly design workgroup or workshop meetings as necessary.
  • Support the scheduling of installation and site onboarding, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in onsite project management within the construction sector, preferably in data centre or pharmaceutical environments.
  • Experience in telecommunications design and installation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with high-density fibre cable installation, Cat6 cabling, rack and cable containment, AV cabling, alarm systems, and environmental cabling.
  • Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BoM) tracking, design change management processes, and security installation requirements.
