About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team in the Life Division. As a Risk Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating risk management activities across the SEB Insurance Group. Your mission will be to continuously develop and implement frameworks for internal control, third-party management, and operational risk for the Life Division and Sweden business area.
Key Responsibilities- Manage key processes and tools, including risk assessments, incident handling, and business continuity planning.
- Provide hands-on support to the organization with methodologies, best practices, supporting documents, and templates.
- Collaborate closely with the Swedish Life Company's legal department, the information security officer, and other Life units.
- Coordinate the divisional agenda, share best practices, and compile divisional reports for management.
- A relevant university degree and at least 5 years of experience in risk management and internal control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Skilled in relating to regulations and translating them to concrete internal rules and procedures.
- Knowledge of relevant frameworks such as COSO and ISO 31000.
- Project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Proficiency in both English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
