About The Job

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Novacura. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions that enable our customers to work smarter and faster in their businesses.

Your primary focus will be on discussing, designing, and presenting solutions to customers using our product Novacura Flow and IFS Applications. You will take ownership of development and project activities, working closely with requirements, designing solutions, and writing specifications.

To succeed in this role, you will need to continuously develop your knowledge within our targeted customer segments, staying up-to-date with relevant Novacura and IFS related functionality. You will also be responsible for providing workshops to present solutions, doing estimates, defining and delivering complete ERP solutions.

As a Solution Architect, you will lead efforts in defining business processes, basic data setup, defining additional functions, data migration, performing trainings, and preparing documentation. You will work closely with our team to deliver the best possible solution for our customers.

We are looking for a service and customer-oriented individual with a flexible mindset and the ability to manage several clients and tasks simultaneously. This person should be a team player, communicate effectively, and always be eager to learn new things.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A university degree with a specialization in technology or a relevant area.
  2. At least 5 years of work experience related to ERP systems, preferably IFS Applications.
  3. Experience with implementation and/or support of business application software.
  4. Business process knowledge in one or several application areas (Maintenance, Manufacturing, Project).
  5. Technical knowledge to communicate effectively with system developers and understand the framework related to software development.
  6. The ability to travel to customers.
  7. Fluency in English and Swedish.
