About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Startup Partner. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering our strategy to build market awareness and broad use of our payments and applications platform within startup communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and build relationships with key venture capital firms and their portfolio companies in Northern Europe.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive engagement and adoption of our platform.
  • Work closely with our sales team to build and maintain relationships with portfolio companies.
  • Mentor startups on their technology and business aspects, establishing credibility within the startup and investor community.
  • Represent Stripe in the startup ecosystem, taking on speaking opportunities at events and platforms.
  • Take a data-driven approach to your work, using metrics to measure and forecast your success.
Requirements
  • 10-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or program management within the technology industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with leadership skills and the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Ability to learn quickly, be creative, and take initiative.
  • Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional.
  • Based in Stockholm.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with and knowledge of the Venture Capital, Accelerators, and Incubators community.
  • Well-networked in the Northern European startup ecosystem and a regular at key startup events.

We offer a competitive salary range of 963,200kr - 1,444,800kr, as well as benefits and additional compensation, including equity, company bonus, sales commissions, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
