We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead our Data Solutions product development. Reporting directly to the CPO, you'll be responsible for driving the strategy and growth of our Data Solutions products, which are sold together with our payment products or as a standalone offering. Your expertise in PSD2 and AIS will be invaluable in shaping the future of our Data Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Data Solutions, aligning with business objectives and market trends
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to gather customer insights and translate them into compelling product features
  • Establish and maintain a short-term, mid-term, and long-term product roadmap for Data Solutions
  • Define and iterate on product development processes to optimize prioritization and output
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to package and present our products to the market
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Open Banking and Open Finance
  • Represent Brite and our products externally and internally through conferences, client meetings, and internal training sessions

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a leading role, with a strong understanding of PSD2 and its impact on the payments industry
  • 4+ years of experience in product development, with a solid understanding of the payments industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create buy-in and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent Brite externally and internally
  • Passion for building great consumer products and driving business growth
