Bright minds wanted: The role of Product Manager reports directly to the CPO and will be responsible for developing our Data Solutions products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building out the product offering and setting a strategy together with Product Management for how to design, build and deliver best-in-class data products on the back of Open Banking and Open Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, and designers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
  • Set and drive the strategy for Brite's Data Solutions offering.
  • Closely collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to gather customer input and translate it into product features.
  • Determine the short, mid, and long-term roadmap for the Data Solutions domain.
  • Establish ways of working for Product to guarantee efficiency and accuracy in cross-functional delivery.
  • Evaluate and iterate on Product and tech ways of working to optimize prioritization and output.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to package and present our products effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Open Banking and Open Finance.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Brite and our products externally and internally through conferences, client meetings, and internal training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of PSD2 and its impact on the payments industry from both customer and technical perspectives.
  • 4+ years of experience in a leading role within a product development environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with the payments industry.
  • Key qualities include integrity, analytical skills, and ability to create buy-in around you.
  • You should enjoy taking the lead and bringing people along on the journey.
  • Strong drive and interest in building great consumer products.
