Data Services Product Manager Lead

We're looking for an experienced product manager to oversee the end-to-end business outcomes of our Data Services product line. As Head of Global Data Services, you will establish a standalone offering, define product strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver maximum value to customers.

Your Mission
As a key member of our management team, you will report directly to the President of Tool Flow Solutions. Your role will involve developing modern technology and tools to deliver value-adding data services to our customers. You will also collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to develop a go-to-market strategy and operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a multi-year execution plan for our Data Services offering and create a strategy and vision for the product line.
- Develop and package the offering, defining the go-to-market strategy and operating model with sales and marketing teams.
- Develop modern technology and tools to deliver value-adding data services to our customers through efficient collaboration with technology teams.
Your Profile
We're looking for a seasoned product manager with experience managing complex product ecosystems and achieving strategic objectives. You should have great communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and be able to integrate various functional strategies into a cohesive product strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on software products.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful software product throughout its lifecycle.
- Experience with agile methodologies and adapting them to various operational contexts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary (€85,000 - €120,000) and a range of benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. Located at one of our Swedish sites or in Tübingen, Germany, this role requires some travel but offers a chance to work with a dynamic and innovative team.
