Role OverviewThe Product Manager for Data Solutions will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and be responsible for developing Brite's Data Solutions products. Data Solutions includes Brite's Account Information Services (AIS) products, therefore experience with PSD2 and AIS is a significant plus. The Data Solution products are sold together with Brite's payment products as well as a standalone offering.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, and designers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Set and drive the strategy for Brite's Data Solutions offering.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Sales teams to collect customer input and translate it into product features.
- Establish a short, mid, and long-term roadmap for the Data Solution domain.
- Define ways of working for Product to ensure efficiency and accuracy in cross-functional delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and iterate on the ways of working in Product and tech to optimize prioritization and output.
- Work with Marketing and Sales to package and present Brite's products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Open Banking and Open Finance.
- Represent Brite and its products externally and internally, including attending conferences, client meetings, and internal training sessions.
- Thorough understanding of PSD2 and its impact on the payments industry, both from a customer and technical perspective.
- 4+ years of experience in a leading role in a product development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- General knowledge of the payments industry.
