Job Summary

We're seeking an HR Operations Lead to join our highly engaged and competent HR team for a period of 10 months. This is a great opportunity for you to make a difference in an organization that's starting an exciting new chapter. You'll be based in Kista and will focus on various HR tasks and projects, driving efficient and high-performing HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement HR Plans and Strategies

Develop and implement HR plans and strategies to support business objectives and desired organizational design/culture.

Support Employee Lifecycle

Provide general support in all areas of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and performance management to development and leavers, including coaching managers and supporting HR Business Partners.

Policy and Process Development

Support the revision and development of policies and processes as directed.

Salary Revision Process

Lead the yearly salary revision process, including salary mapping, union negotiations, and global and local process coordination.

Payroll Coordination

Support payroll coordination with external partners.

Compensation and Benefits

Lead on compensation and benefits, including data collection and reporting to external parties on salary, pension, and insurance.

Data Management

Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with key stakeholders at global, regional, and local levels.

Nordic HR Team Collaboration

Act as an active member of the Nordic HR team to collaborate on Nordic HR projects and tasks.

Requirements

  1. Experience

2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Language Skills

Fluent English, both oral and written, and fluent Swedish or any other Scandinavian language is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

Interest and background in compensation and benefits, including pension, insurance, and salary.

Nordic Countries Legal Landscape

Interest and background in one or more Nordic countries' legal landscape.

Technical Skills

Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and interest and background in working with systems, data, and reporting.

Structured and organized, team player, highly collaborative, highly independent, pragmatic, and works with speed while paying close attention to detail.
