About the Role

At SD Worx, we are seeking a skilled Professional to fill the position of Human Capital Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting line managers and employees in their development, retention, and employability. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business to attract, develop, and retain talent.
  • Ensure a professional onboarding experience for all new employees.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes, tools, and systems.
  • Offer operational HR Support and be the first point of contact for our Outsourced Payroll delivery.
  • Proactively advise and support the People Country Lead on analyses and developments in terms of dismissal, absences, career management, etc.
  • Keep up-to-date with trends and developments in the HR market.
  • Participate in and contribute to strategic HR projects within the Corporate People team.
