We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Delivery Program Manager to join our Process Control Platform (PCP) team at ABB Process Automation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Your primary focus will be on productization, ensuring the highest standards of reliability, quality, and export control. You will engage with stakeholders, including the Software delivery team, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Additionally, you will establish and refine processes for efficient and streamlined product delivery, driving value creation and process optimization. You will report directly to the PCP P&F SE Center Manager and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the productization of digital products developed and distributed within Process Automation.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Establish and refine processes for efficient and streamlined product delivery.
- Lead CI initiatives, driving value creation and process optimization.
- University degree in engineering.
- Several years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful project management.
- Familiarity with material creation in SAP is a strong advantage.
- Expertise in CI methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Strong project management skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various parts of the organization.
- A proactive and responsible attitude, with a passion for driving improvement and taking ownership of tasks.
- Fluent in English and a drive to learn Swedish.
