Sales Planning Manager for Goodyear Dunlop Tires Germany GmbH

We are seeking an experienced sales planning manager to join our team in Europe North. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans that drive business growth and deliver sales targets.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement sales plans: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts: Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Drive business growth: Use data analytics and market research to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop insights that inform sales planning decisions.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales planning and management: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales planning, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that inform business decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership and coaching skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams, with a focus on developing talent and improving performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business- and/or economics-related sciences or comparable qualification.
  • Language skills: Fluency in English (written and oral), any additional language is an asset.
