BELMONT LAVAN LTD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead the development of our production line.

This role involves overseeing project management, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing production processes, implementing process improvements, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage production-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Work closely with production teams to analyze workflows, identify areas for optimization, and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Document project specifications, processes, and best practices for future reference.

Requirements

We require a self-driven individual with experience in project management governance and leadership skills to apply in the context of investment projects.

The ideal candidate should be able to collect data and information from the organization and through iterations develop a production line concept together with the teams.

They must also be able to put together the finances and build a business case to be presented for management.

A strong understanding of safety, quality, and timely delivery requirements for manual assembly lines is essential.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, pension scheme, and paid holidays.
