Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted member of the executive management team, providing coaching and support to leaders in leadership and organisational development.

  • Develop initiatives to refine ways of working, enabling a high-performing organisation that moves quickly.

  • Provide expertise in employment law and handle personnel cases with confidence and integrity.

  • Embed a business-minded HR approach in organisational projects, initiatives, and changes, ensuring alignment with company goals while supporting business leaders.

  • Support recruitment efforts, from defining needs and attracting talent to ensuring an effective recruitment process.

  • Take full ownership of HR operations, balancing strategic impact with administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • A HR leader with experience coaching executive teams & leaders.

  • Strong background in organisational development and change management.

  • Solid knowledge of employment law and handling personnel matters.

  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, comfortable balancing big-picture impact with day-to-day execution.

  • High business acumen and commercial mindset, understanding how HR can drive company success.

What You'll Bring

  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and verbal.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HRBP roles or 8 years of experience in HR.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.

  • Proven leadership development skills.

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a tech company or startup.
