Brand Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Brand Partnership Development Manager to join our team at Brand Influence Int. As an influencer marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive business results for our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining 'Always on' paid talent bookings, sourcing new bookings, managing yearly booking plans, and internal and external reporting. You will also be responsible for analyzing performance metrics to drive campaign improvements and building relationships with influencers and management teams.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in influencer marketing, who can think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business results. You should be a natural communicator, able to connect with influencers, clients, and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain our 'Always on' paid talent bookings across Instagram and YouTube
- Source and negotiate new bookings to ensure strategic budget allocation
- Manage yearly booking plan to ensure KPIs are met (performance-first metric)
- Internal and external reporting on a regular basis to track project progress
