Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Strategist to lead our social media efforts in developing innovative and engaging content that resonates with our diverse audience. As a key member of our brand development team, you will play a vital role in shaping the creative expression of H&M on social channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, reach, and growth across social platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand identity and business objectives.

  • Conceptualize and develop high-quality social content, including images, videos, and copywriting.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Analyze social insights and metrics to inform creative decisions and optimize content performance.

  • Build and manage relationships with content creators, influencers, and other stakeholders to amplify our social media presence.

  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality social content while maintaining brand standards.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in social media and creative production, with focus on conceptual development across social channels.
  • A strong sense of fashion with an eye for how to create highly inspiring and relevant fashion content.
  • Proven ability to lead a creative team to balance brand, business & channel requirements.
  • Skilled in interpreting social insights and metrics, driving data-informed creative decisions.
  • Experience in monitoring and adapting to social trends and platforms to maintain relevance.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure high-quality, timely content delivery.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to work effectively in and adapt to constantly changing environments.
  • Familiarity with innovative digital tools and AI for creative content production.
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to inspire the team to create boundary-pushing content.
