We are currently seeking a Training Planner / Rosterer to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
The Training department is accountable for executing all training programs, including those for Pilots and Cabin Crew across multiple countries.
As a Training Planner / Rosterer, you will collaborate with a team of three Rosterers to ensure the effective delivery of scheduled training.
Daily Tasks Include:
Managing the assignment of pilot and cabin instructors in accordance with their qualifications and regulatory requirements. Collaborating closely with Training Managers and Client Service Representatives to fulfill client training needs. Coordinating with the Central Planning team regarding specific training courses. Addressing self-sponsored training requests. Adapting to unexpected changes in daily schedules. Communicating with students and CAE instructors primarily through email and phone, acting as the liaison between training needs and their efficient execution.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Proficient in PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) with the ability to navigate various IT systems. Ability to maintain a customer-focused approach even in challenging situations. Analytical mindset with the capability to assess diverse training requirements. Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking. Quick to understand the company’s offerings and able to plan effectively to meet customer demands. Skilled in meeting deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Decisive with a high level of productivity and effectiveness. Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team member. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to operational needs. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is a plus. Enjoys problem-solving and consistently seeks solutions.Previous experience in planning or a background in the airline sector is preferred.
