Quality Assurance Coordinator

Foodora is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Service Operations team.
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for evaluating communication in chats, emails, and calls at the Contact Center. Your mission will involve analyzing our chats/calls and emails, compiling and analyzing data, and implementing proactive measures to improve quality. You will also be responsible for providing feedback to agents and collaborating with various departments to achieve our goals.
We are looking for a true professional with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. If you have a passion for coaching and are service-minded, you will excel in this position. Your ability to work independently and guide others will be crucial to achieving our objectives.
Our selection process will include a telephone interview, psychometric tests, a first interview, a case interview, and a reference check. If you are interested in this role and have most of the skills we're looking for, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
- Previous experience in call coaching, training, or similar roles
- Experience from customer service and support
- Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, proficiency in Norwegian will be considered a big plus
