What We Offer

As a Quality Assurance Coordinator at foodora, you'll have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with various departments to drive quality excellence. Our selection process is continuous, and we encourage applications from candidates who meet most of the qualifications.

Our Selection Process

We'll be conducting a series of assessments, including telephone interviews, psychometric tests, and case interviews. If you're selected to move forward, we'll also conduct a reference and background check.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in call coaching, training, or similar roles
  • Experience from customer service and support
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, with proficiency in Norwegian considered a plus
