We're accelerating our test automation efforts to ensure seamless customer experiences, which is why we're seeking a Quality Assurance Expert in Digital Transformation.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving both manual and automated testing efforts, coordinating test processes, and continuously improving our QA processes. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional development teams, product owners, developers, tech leads, designers, and business stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of QA engineers, ensuring a high bar for quality and reliability within the QA team.
  • Strategically collaborate on manual and automated testing, including hands-on execution of testing activities.
  • Continuously improve our test process and drive automation forward.
  • Engage with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for quality assurance. You should have experience with test automation tools and methodologies, as well as knowledge of agile software development.
