The Role

The Community Manager at GAIM will build, maintain, and grow a strong and engaged community around our brand.

Main Tasks:

  1. Engage with users and fans on social media, forums, and other online platforms.
  2. Answer questions and comments to build a strong and positive relationship with users.
  3. Manage user relations and ensure high customer satisfaction through email and phone communication.
  4. Build and maintain partnerships with influencers and experts in the shooting world and develop co-branding opportunities with relevant partners.
  5. Collaborate with shooting clubs and organizations to promote the brand.

Qualifications

  1. Experience in managing and growing online communities.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably one more language.
  3. Ability to analyze data and draw insightful conclusions.
  4. Creativity and ability to create engaging content.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Experience in managing customer relationships.
