
Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Sales Performance Optimization Leader to join our team at Funnel. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing customer value.
As a commercially driven sales professional, you will identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand our footprint within existing customer portfolios. You will work closely with Customer Success and other teams to develop compelling business cases and negotiate contracts that benefit both parties.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding clients' evolving needs and recommending Funnel solutions.
Develop and implement account plans to drive short- and long-term revenue growth.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes while addressing objections.
Collaborate with Customer Success to mitigate potential churn and downsell risks.
You Will Thrive in This Role If:
You have a proven track record of consistently meeting revenue quotas.
You possess strong commercial acumen and can spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
You are a proactive sales driver with a hunter mentality and excellent communication skills.
You have experience working in the MarTech industry and are familiar with SaaS business models and cycles.
