We are seeking a Senior Engineer for Railway Systems to join our Indus project team for X2 and TIB. In this role, you will apply your expertise in industrialization to drive innovation and improve processes within our production teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing upcoming work by developing clear instructions, managing materials, tools, and contractors.
  • Providing up-to-date information on fleet status to internal and external customers.
  • Planning and leading maintenance validation activities to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Defining and promoting standard ways of working to optimize efficiency.
  • Owning the tool calibration process to maintain accuracy and quality.
  • Developing and improving manufacturing and/or maintenance work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing, Tooling design, Poke-Yoke methodology, and VSM.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree or passion in Industrialization Engineering, experience or understanding of the railway industry, and knowledge of technical methods in engineering, writing, and improving manufacturing and/or maintenance work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing, Tooling design, Poke-Yoke methodology, and VSM.
