As a Software Development Engineer, you will be part of our TCMS Software Engineering team. Your role will involve applying software engineering principles to design, develop, maintain, test, and evaluate software and systems that meet stakeholder requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Transforming specified designs into working physical realizations.
  • Analyzing and transforming specified requirements into detailed design solutions with the required safety integrity level.
  • Assembling software and/or hardware items up to form a complete subsystem (TCMS Platform Architecture or TCMS user application software), according to architectural and design specifications.
  • Examining and judging whether the output of a specific development phase fulfills respective requirements, mostly by component/integration testing and delivery of required documentation.

About You:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience in software development, preferably in IEC 61131. Familiarity with EN50657 standard is an advantage.
  • Experience in Safety Classified Software (SIL) and TCMS (Train Control Management Systems).
  • Desired competencies: communication, customer orientation, problem-solving, drive to results, innovation, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
  • Advanced/business fluent level of English.
