The Role of the Consumer Service Specialist

You will work in an international team dedicated to creating the best consumer experience. As a Consumer Service Specialist, you will serve our consumers by identifying and resolving technical and non-technical issues related to payment transactions.

  • Act as the first line of contact for our consumers, representing Trustly as a trusted ambassador
  • Assist consumers with their transactions, including authentication and verification via email and live chat
  • Troubleshoot consumer issues and provide solutions to resolve their problems
  • Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve consumer inquiries in an efficient and timely manner
