Som Category Manager hos oss kommer du att ansvara för att utveckla och optimera våra produktkategorier genom att bygga starka leverantörsrelationer och skapa en balanserad och lönsam sortimentsstrategi.

Ansvarsområden
  • Underhåll och fördjupa leverantörsrelationer inom tilldelade kategorier.
  • Förhandla, planera och analysera marknadsaktiviteter tillsammans med partnervarumärken.
  • Koordinera med produktionsteam internt för att säkerställa planering och genomförande av kommersiella aktiviteter tillsammans med partners.
  • Identifiera nya varumärken och produktkategorier samt leda process för etablering av nya partners.
  • Samverka med Head of Assortment & Campaigns för att definiera sortimentsstrategier och identifiera möjligheter i sortimentet.
  • Utvärdera och godkänna nya produkter att ingå i ansvarskategorin.
  • Rapportering och analys av genomförda aktiviteter internt och mot leverantör.
  • Ansvara för att uppnå försäljningsmål, bruttomarginaler och andra viktiga KPI för kategorin.
  • Förhandla villkor med leverantörer för olika typer av kommersiella aktiveringar.
  • Fånga upp och agera på marknadstrender.
Krav
  • 3-5 års erfarenhet av inköp eller sortimentsarbete, gärna inom retail, försäljning eller e-handel.
  • Erfarenhet av ledarskap och förhandlingar.
  • Vana av att arbeta i Excel och PowerPoint.
  • Flytande i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt.
  • Intresse och erfarenhet av skönhet.
