About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Adecco Sweden AB. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for running recruitment processes in collaboration with Hiring Managers and HRBPs. You will work closely with internal clients to ensure successful recruitments.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing requirement specifications and planning the recruitment process
  • Conducting telephone interviews and managing advertising
  • Providing overall support in recruitment processes, including personality tests and background checks
  • Conducting in-depth interviews and making recommendations to Hiring Managers

You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, primarily for profiles in IT and Tech. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global client and be part of a recruitment team in Gothenburg that supports a global group with internal recruitment processes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a University degree and a few years of experience in IT/Tech recruitment. You should be responsible, committed, and driven, with strong communication and cooperation skills. You should also have experience in recruiting white-collar workers and be accustomed to being responsible for the entire recruitment process.

We are looking for someone with a high level of personal integrity, a business focus, and the ability to handle candidates, managers, and other partners effectively. Competence and experience are important, but personality is key. You must be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A University degree
