We are seeking 4 Commercial Advisors/Commercial Specialists/Program Managers for our client.

Job Description: Commercial Advisor

As a Commercial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing commercial expertise to deliver expected business value throughout the product life cycle. This includes bringing rigor to business cases, executing deals that achieve business objectives, and identifying ways to optimize ongoing relationships with external partners.

You will work with a focus on value creation, growth, and serving customers with full ownership and accountability, delivering exceptional customer and business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage complex procurement initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  2. Negotiate with external partners to secure advantageous terms.
  3. Screen potential new partners and collaborations relevant for the product area.
  4. Work with product leaders to define and secure the business case.
  5. Establish relevant types of commercial models/cooperation most likely to serve the business case.
  6. Define and implement strategic parameters for the partner portfolio and ensure its optimal long-term management.
  7. Perform risk management for partner and vendor contracts and agreements.
  8. Challenge existing commercial model setups and suggest new commercial/contractual strategies.
  9. Manage deal-making processes required such as RFP, tendering crafting, time planning, etc.
  10. Continuously acquire knowledge of the product domain/area through supplier and market analyses.
  11. Monitor and act on spend analyses.
  12. Support setup for collaboration and governance between product stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
