About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Production Manager to lead our kitchen operations at IKEA Haparanda. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our guests by developing and implementing a sustainable food range that meets our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure needed relations and collaborations with internal and external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive food content and business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant food safety rules and legislation, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our team members.
  • Responsible for orders in the restaurant, bistro, and Swedish food market, evaluating and analyzing business performance and making informed decisions to drive sales and profitability.
  • Develop and implement the food range at our different units, aligning with IKEA's long-term goals and food directions.
  • Lead and develop the food production team, creating a positive and productive work environment that fosters learning and development.
  • Act as a role model, promoting the IKEA Culture & Values and driving business results through people.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in leading a restaurant business, with a proven track record of delivering excellent guest experiences.
  • Self-reliant and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to create structure, plan, and prioritize detailed assignments and deliver high-quality results.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
