EHS Manager

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team at Arla Foods Deutschland GmbH. As an EHS Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental sustainability of our operations.

1. Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
3. Collaborate with operational teams to develop and implement sustainable practices.
4. Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and best practices.
5. Monitor and report on EHS metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in EHS management, preferably in a similar role within the food production industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
