We are seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist to join our Swedish data team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our existing datasets, as well as strategic projects aimed at increasing and leveraging the amount and types of data we collect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a data expert in specific areas, including vehicle data.
  • Manage and map data within the information area, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Source and procure relevant data for own area, and establish supplier contacts and agreements.
  • Participate in budget and forecasting activities to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and maintain plans for own area, including requirements for IT and Data Production departments.
  • Monitor external events that impact own area, staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Educate other departments/roles on data within own area, promoting data-driven insights.
  • Support sales and customers with data expertise, driving business growth.
  • Contribute to strategic activities to evolve DnB's datasets and data domains into mastered and linked Smart Data.
Your Profile:
  • Experience in working as an expert within the vehicle area or a genuine interest in vehicles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and ability to independently manage assignments.
  • Strong collaboration and solution-oriented skills, with excellent documentation skills.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, with a high level of personal responsibility for task completion.
  • University degree within a relevant area or corresponding work experience.
