The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our fast-paced, rapidly growing technology scale-up and contribute to our mission to eliminate waiting. As a Customer Success Manager at Waitwhile, you'll be responsible for serving our most valued customers across the EMEA region.

You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Support, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless product implementations, share innovative best practices, and conduct strategic sessions to set goals and uncover improvement opportunities.

  • Foster strong relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that drive account growth.

  • Drive product adoption: Work closely with our customers to ensure they get the most out of our platform and achieve measurable results.

  • Improve operational efficiency: Collaborate with our Customer Success team to design and implement processes and best practices that enhance our approach and scalability.
