About the Role

This position will support the Commercial Manager in overseeing the day-to-day activities related to account management, sales operations, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage key accounts by providing operational support and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
  2. Monitor sales performance and track stock availability across key accounts to ensure alignment with sales targets.
  3. Support the development and implementation of business plans for key accounts by collecting data, generating reports, and performing administrative tasks.
Performance Metrics
  1. Track and analyze sales data, stock movements, and key performance metrics for various accounts to aid the Commercial Manager in evaluating performance.
  2. Produce regular reports highlighting trends, identifying performance gaps, and providing actionable insights for sales optimization.
  3. Maintain accurate records of account performance, product stock levels, and sales progress.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a commercial, sales support, or account management coordination role, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
  • Familiarity with sales operations or supporting key account management teams is beneficial.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
