About the RoleThis position will support the Commercial Manager in overseeing the day-to-day activities related to account management, sales operations, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities- Manage key accounts by providing operational support and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor sales performance and track stock availability across key accounts to ensure alignment with sales targets.
- Support the development and implementation of business plans for key accounts by collecting data, generating reports, and performing administrative tasks.
- Track and analyze sales data, stock movements, and key performance metrics for various accounts to aid the Commercial Manager in evaluating performance.
- Produce regular reports highlighting trends, identifying performance gaps, and providing actionable insights for sales optimization.
- Maintain accurate records of account performance, product stock levels, and sales progress.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a commercial, sales support, or account management coordination role, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
- Familiarity with sales operations or supporting key account management teams is beneficial.
- Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
