About TRUESEC AB – A Leading Cybersecurity Company
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to team up with our dedicated team of cyber specialists.
As a key member of our managed services team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Your role will include:
- Participation in operational and strategic meetings as part of the customer team
- Development and presentation of operational reports to our customers
- Responsibility for a group of clients being their primary point of contact for any technical issues regarding the service
- General advice and interpretation of customer needs and TRUESEC AB's services
You will be working closely with our customers to help them achieve their cybersecurity goals.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent technical understanding combined with strong communication skills in order to present and understand both customers and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Operational experience in cybersecurity monitoring, or similar experience working with technical MSSP services
- Minimum 2 years working in a customer-facing role
- Ability to respond rapidly, multi-task, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, team members, and engagement managers
- Hands-on experience in EDR, NDR, and/or SIEM
