As a critical member of our partnerships team, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and optimizing results in the Norwegian market.

About the Position

In this dynamic role, you'll develop and execute our partnership strategy in Norway, building on your expertise in sales, business development, and client relationships. You'll identify and connect with influencers and partners, build a robust sales funnel, and negotiate and close deals.

You'll also maintain strong relationships with our partners, optimize results, and conduct market research to stay ahead of local trends. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of driving business growth and a passion for marketing and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships to build long-term collaboration
  • Identifying and leveraging growth opportunities to achieve impactful results
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns and activities in alignment with partners
  • Collaborating with designers to produce compelling marketing materials

Requirements

  • Strong background in business, sales or digital marketing
  • Proven success in sales, business development, client relationships, and project management
  • Self-motivated and capable of excelling independently while thriving in team environments
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Norwegian, with a passion for sharing knowledge and insights
  • Proficiency in additional Scandinavian languages is a valuable advantage
