Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Provide visionary guidance and leadership to projects, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external partners, navigating project complexities with ease.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, guaranteeing project continuity and safety compliance.
  • Project Model Development: Continuously refine and enhance our global project model, empowering teams with cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
  • Calculation and Estimation: Conduct thorough project calculations and budget estimations, ensuring informed decision-making and optimal resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management theory and implementation of project models and standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Desirable:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerApps, and Power BI.
  • Experience in construction calculation and costing.
