Som Quality & Product Safety Manager har du det övergripande ansvaret för att säkerställa att våra produkter lever upp till gällande säkerhetskrav och lagstiftningar, både nationellt och internationellt.

Dina ansvarsområden

  • Produktsäkerhet: Fullt ansvar för att våra produkter är säkra att använda och uppfyller alla relevanta regler och standarder.
  • Lagstiftning och krav: Hålla dig uppdaterad om och implementera nya och befintliga krav som ESRS, DMA, CSDDD, CBAM och andra relevanta standarder.
  • Leverantörskontakter: Följa upp och utbilda leverantörer, främst i Asien och Östeuropa, kring vår uppförandekod och säkerställa att arbetsmiljöer och löner följer våra riktlinjer.
  • Testrapporter och märkning: Löpande kontroll och validering av testrapporter och produktmärkning.
  • Myndighetskontakt: Ansvara för kommunikation med myndigheter och hantera eventuella ärenden.
  • Utbildning och uppdatering: Säkerställa att inköpsteamet är uppdaterat med de senaste regelverken och att de har rätt verktyg och kompetens.
  • Processer och rutiner: Utveckla och följa upp interna processer och rutiner för att säkerställa att de efterlevs.
  • Marknadsanalyser: Hålla sig uppdaterad kring marknadstrender och konkurrenters aktiviteter samt stödja den långsiktiga strategin för våra produkter.

Kvalifikationer

  • Bred kunskap om produktsäkerhet, lagstiftning och standarder inom olika länder.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med internationella leverantörer, gärna i Asien eller Östeuropa.
  • Förmåga att tolka och implementera komplexa regelverk som ESRS, DMA, CSDDD och CBAM bl.a.
  • God kommunikationsförmåga och vana vid att hantera myndighetskontakter.
  • Flytande i svenska.
  • Goda kunskaper i engelska, i tal och skrift.
